This policy applies to all purchases made on BlueChipCircle, including masterclasses, coaching packages, memberships, and digital products.
1. No refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are digital — instantly accessible content, live sessions, recordings, templates, and personal coaching time — we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit notes once a purchase is completed, regardless of whether you consume the content, attend the sessions, or use the coaching hours.
2. Cancellations
- You may stop using the Services at any time.
- Cancellation of access does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid.
- For subscription-based programs (if any), you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date; charges already incurred are not refundable.
3. Rescheduling coaching sessions
Paid one-on-one coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment was captured but access was not granted, write to us within 7 days with your transaction ID and we will investigate with our payment partner and reverse duplicate charges where verified.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination of access and legal action.
