1. Digital-only products
BlueChipCircle sells only digital products and services — masterclasses, live coaching sessions, recordings, playbooks, templates, and community access. Nothing is shipped physically. There are no shipping fees.
2. Delivery of access
- Masterclass registrations: confirmation and session join link are delivered by email and WhatsApp immediately after successful signup. A reminder is sent before the live session.
- Coaching packages: a scheduling link and welcome email are sent within 24 hours of purchase.
- Digital downloads / templates: delivered on the thank-you page and via email immediately after payment confirmation.
- Community access: WhatsApp / community invitation is shared on the thank-you page and via email.
3. Delivery timelines
Digital delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of a successful payment, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
4. Non-delivery support
For any delivery issue, email hello@bluechipcircle.net with your name, registered email, and transaction ID. We resolve delivery issues within 1–2 business days.
5. International customers
Because everything is digital, our programs are accessible worldwide. All sessions run on India Standard Time (IST); please plan accordingly.
