1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services.

- Free and paid live masterclasses delivered online.
- One-on-one and group career coaching.
- Digital resources such as playbooks, templates, and recordings.
- Community access via WhatsApp and other channels.
3. Registration & account
You agree to provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you.
4. Payments & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). By purchasing, you also agree to the payment partner's terms.
- Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the website and inside our programs — including videos, slides, written materials, frameworks, and templates — is the intellectual property of BlueChipCircle and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the materials without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not share your access credentials or session links with others.
- Do not record, screen-capture, or redistribute our sessions.
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
8. Disclaimers
Our programs provide education, frameworks, and coaching. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, salary, job offer, or income. Individual results depend on effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueChipCircle's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, without any refund.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
